Shipping, Return & Cancellation Policies
Please notify store two weeks before any layaway pick up or delivery. Mattress Sales are final (Federal Law prohibits exchange of bedding). Exchange of other merchandise must be within 7 days and accompanied by a receipt. We require 30% deposit in-store, and full payment if ordering online. There will be a 20% restocking fee of total purchase on returns and order cancellations. Special orders are not cancellable. 30$ charge on returned checks. Refunds will be processed as store credit only. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for late deliveries. We will notify you in advance of new delivery date and time. Stocked merchandise must be picked up within 30 days. All items must be checked at time of pick up or delivery, as claims for damages will not be accepted afterwards.
We are not responsible for removal or disposal of old furniture or packaging materials. We are not responsible for fitting the furniture inside doors or rooms. There will be an extra charge for disassembling.
ALL ITEMS ARE WARRANTED. TRANSPORTATION IS NOT INCLUDED.
We are committed to providing our customers quick delivery within 1–5 business days (delivery time is contingent upon product availability). You can calculate delivery price prior to checkout in your shopping cart. If you have any preferences, let us know using the comments section at checkout. Don't worry choosing the wrong delivery option, though, we will contact you within 24–48 hours after the order is placed to confirm and set up delivery.
